A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) by receiving a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Jung-gu District Court on the same day. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of KRW 3.5 million for the same crime from the same court on at least two occasions, and again, violated the same paragraph. On January 14, 2018, around 01:30, the Defendant driving a car under the influence of alcohol from approximately 10km to the roads front of such underground vehicular road located as a citizen of the Government of Gyeonggi-do at approximately 02:00 on the same day on the same day from January 14, 2018.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle in a knife as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
