Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, G, F’s co-offenders Defendant A, G, and F’s teachers, who are the subordinate force of the Hmpha of the Ulsan-gun District Court of Ulsan-gun, in order to steal a mobile phone by intrusion into “L” operated by the victim K in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

At around 03:40 on September 7, 2013, A, G, and F were waiting in front of the above L, and they are waiting outside to get stolen goods delivered after cutting off the front glass of the above mobile phone store by large lives prepared in advance by Defendant A. G and F are entering the door in order to receive the delivery of stolen goods. G and F intruded into the store by wearing the front lives and locks prepared in advance, and they are used in the door where the cell phone in advance was prepared for the display stand, and G was put into the door where the cell phone box was prepared in front of the display stand.
As a result, Defendant A, G, and F stolen the amount equivalent to 3,00,000 won at the 30 mobile phones owned by the victim K.
2. 3. On August 19, 2013, Defendant A and F shared criminal conduct of Defendant A and F are victims who reported the network around the surrounding area and set up on the above table by Defendant F, in Kaofin located in Ulsan-dong 249-8, Ulsan-gu, Sungnam-dong on August 19, 2013.
