A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was “hicking off” to C, D, E, etc., the Defendant was “hicking off” but the above C, etc. did not properly go through the City/Do, it refers to “hicking off with a cellphone” and on September 1, 2013; or

As a result, the Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on September 7, 2013, before the H agency for the operation of the victim in F, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the front glass by a large-scale tidal machine prepared in advance by C; (c) was waiting outside to receive the delivery of stolen goods; (d) and E worn out the clothes and armored in advance and intrude into the store; and (c) as they are used in a bank prepared in advance for the mobile phone box in front of the display stand, D had the cell phone box prepared in advance and 30 million won at the market price of the victim’s mobile phone owned by C, which is more than 30 million won.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the above C, D, and E to steal the victim's property jointly.
