Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 201, the Defendants’ co-principal defendants, within the factory building in the Jeonju-gun E, Jeonju-gun, 201, moved oil from the said factory building into the oil tank located in the oil pipeline located in the ground management of dopco located in the dopco located in the ground ground management section 2 away from the 15th section of the Act, from the said factory building, and the oil from the said oil pipeline to the oil tank installed in the said factory building through a ice connected to the oil tank installed in the said factory building, and decided to steal the oil tank from the oil tank prepared in advance.
On April 12, 2011, Defendants, along with the aforementioned methods in the above factory building, stolen a total of KRW 184,000,000, total market price of oil owned by the victim GSk Tech Co., Ltd. owned by dopco over 92 times in total, as described in No. 1 through No. 92, from around October 9, 201, including the sale of oil 200,000 liters market price of KRW 3,60,000,000, which was prepared in advance at the oil tower market price of KRW 3.0,000.
2. Around October 2011, Defendant A and F (in the course of the thieves of the thieves Act 2012 high-class 1999, the thieves of the thieves Act) decided to continue the instant crime with Defendant A by taking part in the instant thieves and instead, Defendant B’s friendly job offers F, who participated in the instant crime.
