Reasons
Punishment of the crime
B is a corporation established on September 4, 1998 for the purpose of construction, etc. with its head office 403 and 404 of the building C, which was established on November 26, 2013 by using 40 full-time workers from the date of November 26, 2013 to 3,564,008,000 won for "the construction of the E community service center" in Suwon-si, Suwon-si. The defendant is the head office of the construction site and the person in general charge of safety and health of the employees under his control.
The Defendant violated the Occupational Safety and Health Act as follows, as a result of the joint control by the Ministry of Employment and Labor-U.S. Inspection conducted on June 23, 2014 with respect to the above site:
1. Although the business owner is required to reinforce the structure with sufficient strength to take protective measures, such as safety risks, fences, vertical fall-off nets, or covers, at a place where the workers might fall down, as the end or opening of the work launch board and passage, the business owner did not install safety risks, etc. on the left side of the construction site at the construction site;
