Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation that is engaged in construction business of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is an employee of the company A, who is in charge of safety and disaster prevention of workers at the construction site, a field director, a general manager of safety and health, and Defendant C is appointed as a safety manager at the construction site and takes charge of safety management.

1. Defendant A corporation

(a) A business owner violating the Occupational Safety and Health Act with respect to the death of victims G shall install a structural reinforced with sufficient strength to take protective measures, such as safety distresses, fences, vertical fall-off nets, or covers, at a place where the workers might fall down, as the end or opening part of the work launch board and passage;

The Defendant: (a) around September 14, 2013, at the same construction site around 07:20, the victim G (54 years of age) fell from the outer wall of the 8th floor of the building to the 5th floor of the 5th floor during the cryp dismantling of cryp and the cryp fixed pin; (b) received treatment from the patient room in Seoul New Village Systrost Hospital (Seoul) on October 7, 2013; and (c) received treatment from the patient room in Seoul, around 07:45, 2013.
