A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

피고인은 같은날 20:02경 목포시 K에 있는 I파출소에서 위와 같은 내용으로 조사를 받던 중 “야, 이 씨발 놈들아. 나를 뭣 때문에 잡아왔냐”라고 하면서 주먹으로 경찰관 L(43세)의 입술 부위를 1회 때리고 다시 발로 L의 낭심 부위를 1회 차는 등 폭행을 하고, 옆에서 이를 제지하려는 경찰관 M(58세)의 뺨을 손으로 3회 때리고 발로 M의 오른쪽 다리를 1회 차는 등 폭행하였다.
