Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a relationship that he/she becomes aware of while serving as C and child-care center teachers.

1. Crimes committed on October 2013;

A. On October 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered “C” and “C” in the customer name column of “E” without C’s consent by using the welfare card of C, which was held for the use of the “E” mobile phone agency in Jung-gu, Busan, for a short time; (b) entered “C” and “C” in the resident number column; and (c) sealed “C” in the signature column at the bottom; and forged one “C” in the victim’s name.

B. At the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant submitted a forged private document to G, an employee of the KTF mobile phone agency, who is aware of the fact, to use the forged private document.

(c) Even if the defendant has subscribed to a mobile phone in the name of the victim C, he did not have an ability or intent to pay installments and fees.

Nevertheless, the above defendant is the defendant.

As stated in paragraph (1), he/she submitted a forged victim's "application for membership" to the case of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. and received the mobile phone terminal and H mobile phone opening service immediately from the case of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and did not pay the total of KRW 4,036,010, and acquired the above amount by fraud.

2. Crimes committed on November 2013;

A. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on November 18, 201, KRW 1-A.

In order to exercise the KTF mobile phone agency as described in the paragraph, C’s consent is not obtained.

In the same way as paragraph C, “loleh Hme application” in the name of C was forged.

B. The Defendant submitted a forged private document to G, an employee of the KTF mobile phone agency, who is aware of the fact at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.

C. The Defendant shall pay a charge even if he/she opens a super-high speed Internet in the name of the victim C.
