A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 5,000,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 20:30 on February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported commercial sex acts posted by the Defendant on the Internet site B in front of Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) provided that “The Defendant would have the said police officer engage in commercial sex acts with women and women by receiving KRW 130,00 per hour,” and (c) provided that “E” would have sexual intercourse with the said female employee by guiding the said police officer to the heading room on the same Dtel, and thereby allowing the Defendant to engage in commercial sex acts.

around January 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) leased the 2019 Highest 1919, F along with the instant advertisements, and kept the sedi, Myeongdo, and the Red Sea, etc.; (b) posted the commercial sex acts in the name of “H” on the Internet website “C”, and made the visitors who contacted with the said advertisements to have sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic workers waiting in the said officetel; and (c) divide profits by receiving approximately KRW 12-140,00 won from the said advertisements; (d) the Defendant promised to take a role of receiving reservations, such as guiding the expenses of commercial sex acts, and (e) encourage the unspecified number of men who contacted with the said advertisements to take part in guiding the male to the said officetel room, and (e) encourage them to arrange commercial sex acts by sharing the roles of guiding the male to the said officetel.

Accordingly, around January 12, 2017, the Defendant was promised to receive KRW 130,00 per hour from the police officer who pretended to be a customer by reporting the Internet advertisement and communicating the customer, in return for commercial sex acts. F moved from the 7th exit located in Busan Shipping Daegu to the above police officer and the above officetel to the above officetel, and gave guidance to the G where the sexual sex trafficking women J (W, 31 years old) are waiting.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with F to act as a broker for commercial sex acts from January 1, 2017 to January 12, 2017.
