1. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on February 20, 2016, 2016, went on a numberless taxi in front of Busan Northern-gu B; (b) and (c) discovered 1 copy of the ATF C C, which is the victim’s property owned by the victim D; (d) discovered 1 copy of the CTF C, SBER C, 1 copy of the national bank card, 1 copy of the driver’s license, and 200,000 won of the market price of which includes 1 copy of the driver’s license; and (e) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Violation of Acts and subordinate statutes concerning fraud and credit finance on February 20, 2016;

A. On February 20, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) presented the ATF card obtained from the victim G in F Mart “H” bank operated by the victim G in F Mart as if he/she was his/her credit card; and (b) purchased the 18K mp (7.5 money) worth KRW 1,620,000 as the market price owned by the victim.

B. On February 20, 2016, around 19:57, the Defendant: (a) presented the ATF card, as described in paragraph (1), obtained from the “K” bank operated by the Victim J, located in 128, Busan, Busan, to the victim as if he/she were his/her credit card; and (b) purchased the 18 K K sales card with the market price equivalent to KRW 1,627,00,000, which is owned by the victim.

On February 21, 2016, around 16:25, the Defendant: (a) presented the ATF card acquired as described in paragraph 1 at the “N” bank operated by the victim M in Busan Jin-gu L, Busan, as if he were his credit card holder; and (b) purchased 18 K K 18 K 1,800 won at the market price owned by the victim as if he were the victim.

On February 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) presented the ATF card obtained from the victim’sO on the first floor of the Busan Jin-gu I building as if it were one’s credit card holder; and (b) submitted it to the victim as if it were one’s credit card holder; and (c) 1,936,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.
