A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2013, at around 21:45, the Defendant: (a) reported that a drunk person was used on the later side of the Kimpo School located in the north of the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) recommended the Defendant to go up to the house by the police officer C belonging to the Kimpo-si Police Station B police box called up on the road at the time; (c) and (d) recommended him to go up to the house of the Defendant, he was able to use it on the road at the time; (d) “I am out to go out; I am out to commit a crime; I am out to do so; and (e) was pushed down less than the left-hand title of the police officer at one time by his hand; and (e) continued to go back, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of the lives and bodies
