A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2015, the Defendant reported 112 by a taxi engineer at the parking lot for the fourth section of the Kimpo Urban Railroad Section, Hyundai Construction Site, which is located in the ancient Village, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and reported 112, and sent to the site, and the security guard C belonging to the Kimpo-gu Police Station B, who was dispatched to the site, was carrying out locked inside the taxi, to his house. On the other hand, the Defendant sent KRW 3 million by insulting police officers, and the Defendant attempted to arrest the son by exceeding the above 3 million son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to crime prevention, suppression and investigation.

In light of the reasons for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Act and the background leading to the instant crime, and the details of the relevant crime, the crime is inferior, but the confession and reflect of the crime, the degree of damage of the victimized police officer seems not to be serious, and the sentencing conditions under Article 51 of the Criminal Act are considered. It is so decided as per Disposition.
