1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 as well as the interest rate from June 27, 2008 to the day of full payment.

1. On November 27, 2006, the Plaintiff indicated the claim made a loan with interest of KRW 24 million at 60% per annum and due date on December 27, 2017 to Defendant B. At the time, Defendant C provided joint and several guarantee for the above loan obligations, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the said loan and damages for delay sought by the Plaintiff to the Plaintiff.

2. Applicable provisions;

(a) Claim against Defendant B: Judgment on deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) Claim against Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
