Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above cases against the defendants for two years from the date of the final conclusion of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2015, the Defendants: (a) carried out a single gallon in S4 smartphone, with the victim’s market value at the outdoor gallon, set up one gallon, with the victim’s market value at around 1,00,000 won; and (b) Defendant B and E, with the gallon’s gallon, had the surrounding areas; and (c) Defendant A put this into the main machine and stolen it by means of inserting it.

As a result, the Defendants stolen the victim's property together with E.

2. On October 12, 2015, Defendants and E were in violation of the Punishment of Special Larceny, Violence, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) around 16:00 on October 12, 2015, in front of the house without the main gate of the victim J, Defendant B and E enter the house, Defendant A and E enter the house, and verify the fact that there is no person inside the e-mail door by hand. 3. On October 19, 2015, the Defendants who intruded upon their residence: (a) around 13:50 on October 19, 2015, around the house with the fence of the Victim L, which is located in Gangnam-si, and (b) on whether there is a person in the above house; (c) in the case of an abandoned house, Defendant B reported the network outside the fence of the above house together with Defendant E; and (d) Defendant A intruded upon the victim’s house.
