A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On November 9, 2012, the Defendants of special larceny, along with D and E, wanted to take advantage of the number plate on November 6, 2012, with D’s father and put them on a mobile phone store, and selected them as the subject of the crime of mobile phone set in South-North Korea, and gave a prior answer thereto.
At around 03:43 on November 9, 2012, the Defendants, along with D and E, moved in the cell phone set operated by the victim G in Namyang-si F, E and Defendant A, opened a door set up and opened a door set up by D and Defendant B so far as it is difficult for them to take off the door, and have 25 smartphones equivalent to 25 million won in total at the market price owned by the victim in the display stand.
Accordingly, the Defendants stolen the victim's property jointly with D and E.
B. On December 9, 2012, at around 05:57, the special larceny Defendants: (a) two persons whose names are unknown, and (b) two Handphone blopulululululululululululululululules operated by the victim I located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si on December 9, 2012; (c) the Defendants and E reported the network outside the door, and two persons whose names are unknown open a locking door, and cited 22,387,200 won in total market value owned by the victim in the display stand.
As a result, the Defendants stolen the victim's property jointly with two or more persons who could not know their names E and E.
C. On December 9, 2012, at around 07:07, the special larceny Defendants: (a) two persons with whom the said E and the name cannot be identified; and (b) on December 9, 2012, immediately after committing the crime of paragraph 1(b), at L stores operated by the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J victim K, the Defendants and E reported the network outside the shop; (b) two persons with no known names opened a lock door so as to make it difficult; (c) two persons with an Arabic 5,00,000 won in total in the market value owned by the victim in the display belt; (d) two persons with an Arabic 5,00,000 won in total in the market value owned by the victim.
