The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 3, 2014, from around 22:30 to 23:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) had no money to drink to the victim E, a nurse who had been reported at night watch room at the 3th unit of the D Hospital located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) had changed the gift certificates in cash; (c) the victim refused to change the gift certificates; (d) had returned to the five and six floors of the above hospital; (c) had the hospital’s five and six floors; and (d) had the hospital’s three stories and six stories, and had the patient flick at the floor; and (d) had the victim interfered with the patient’s nursing service by force, such as interfering with the patient’s harming the patient’s body by taking a large sound, bringing the patient at the floor, who was hospitalized.”

2. On September 17, 2014, from around 17:00 to around 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) stated that, while waiting for 20 patients in the patient waiting room at the above hospital, the victim F, who was being treated by the patient, had been wrong in performing the surgery performed at the above hospital, the Defendant: (b) stated that “I am out, she will die, and thrown away. I am am gue, gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue.”, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s treatment duties by force by avoiding disturbance.

From around 18:50 on September 17, 2014 to 19:20 on the same day, the Defendant expressed that “the victim F, who was giving medical treatment to the patient while waiting for five patients at the night clinic of the pertinent hospital from around 18:50 to around 19:20 on the same day, she saw that “the victim is the pums dump dump dump dump.. dump. d. d. d. h. e. e. e. s. h. e. s. h. e. d. d. d. h. d. d. h. h.)
