Punishment of the crime
Defendant

Defendant

1. Defendant A
A. C. On May 16, 2013, the Defendant, at around 16:00, stolen the Hague worth KRW 270 million at the market price in the same manner, with approximately KRW 18,00,00 in the same manner. D.
At around 19:00 on June 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the said G warehouse with approximately KRW 12,000,000 at the market price of KRW 180,000,000 in the same manner.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 37,500,000 of the victim's market value in total of KRW 562,500,000 for four times.
2. Defendant B
A. The Defendant, at around 20:00 on December 4, 2012, at the above I parking lot, knew that there was approximately KRW 67.5 million of the market price that he stolen from the above A, and approximately KRW 4,500 of Samsungphone Hague (CH59-11720A) was a stolen article.
