A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. At around 04:20 on May 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a cafeteria operated by the victim D in Jinju-si; and (b) intruded into a cafeteria and stolen a cafeteria, with approximately KRW 20,000,000, cash owned by the victim D, which was kept in the bank of Samsung Nowon-gu computer in the amount of KRW 300,000,000, the market price of the victim D, who was placed on the table, and was on the table, owned by the victim D.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim as the purchase price for the above goods, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above Aphone 6.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 500,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant as the price for goods.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
