A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court's Branch, and two years of suspension of the execution, on June 30, 2011, which was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Southern District Court's District Court, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on July 8, 2011, and the parole period was terminated on November 29, 2013, and the parole period was terminated on April 21, 2014.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) is habitually committed;
