Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2010, the defendant has been subject to the disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to special larceny, etc. at the Hongsung District Prosecutors' Office of Daejeon on December 31, 2010.

1. On November 23, 2013, at the EPC room located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon on November 23, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash worth 33,000 won, which was located in the victim’s seat, opened the victim’s wall, who was seated by the victim C while holding the online game.

2. At around 01:00 on December 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took away money and valuables worth KRW 196,000,000, totaling KRW 196,000, 2 of the CGV film diskettes and KRW 16,000, 16,000, in total, of the money and valuables owned by the victim and the money and valuables worth KRW 150,00,000, in the case of money and valuables owned by the victim, after the victim F, in the third floor of the building G on the ground of the Jung-gu Daejeon District, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City.

At around 03:28 December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim I in KPC room on the first floor of the building underground of the Jung-gu Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon District Office; (b) the victim I, who was seated in the back of the computer online game, 80,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim and her seated on his/her seat; (c) one resident registration certificate; (d) one driver’s license; (d) one student certificate; (e) one national physical card; and (e) one new physical card, one of which is at least 120,000 won in the market value.
