Purport of claim and appeal

Basic Facts

The defendant is a local government that managed and operated a swimming pool in the F building in the Guri-si at the time of January 23, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “instant swimming pool”), and is a user of G of the swimming pool G.

Plaintiff

From January 10:00 on January 23, 2015, Plaintiff A received 200 meters of the type of imprisonment for about 30 minutes from around 10:00 to around 200 meters of peace, 200 meters of personal marriage, and received ice lessons from around 10:30 to around 10.
