Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates an open wholesale and retail slaughterhouse in the name of "C farm" in Ilyang-si, Busan Metropolitan City B.

Anyone who intends to install a wastewater discharge facility shall file a report with the Minister of Environment as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 1, 2002 to June 28, 2013, slaughtered a dog on an annual average of 650 mars without filing a report with the Minister of Environment at the same place, and discharged a maximum of 140 mars per day without any separate discharge facilities.
