Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment with prison labor at the Chuncheon District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 6, 2013.

In March 2013, the Defendant came to know through hosting from the mobile social network services (SNS) called Kakao Kakao Kaman on March 2013 with the victim C (26 years of age). A.
