Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 29, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 2018, and is currently under suspended sentence.

Ultimately, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from the injured party 16:48 on the same day the sum of 11 victims, as shown in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, from May 12, 2018.

On May 5, 2018, the Defendant, Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 101 Dong 1303 on May 5, 2018, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement on the above-mentioned notice to the effect that “E 64 Spanish Spanish model is sold to 200,000 won,” and that “The Defendant would send goods to the Defendant’s account under the name of H K Bank A by depositing KRW 200,000 in the face of the week.”

However, the defendant did not have a phone SE short machine to sell to the victim, and was thought that only the price of the goods will be acquired by deceiving the victim from the beginning.

Ultimately, the Defendant made a false statement as above, and received KRW 200,000 from the victim of this day at around 09:58 of the same day from the victim, to the Defendant’s K Bank H account under the name of the Defendant.
