A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person of the 2015 Highest 7741 shall transfer or acquire any access medium unless otherwise provided for in any other Act.

On May 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn the amount of damage from springing transferred to the account of AD, CI, and CI on May 18, 2015; and (b) made a false report to the police without delivering it to the person designated by the Chinese Bosing Organization; and (c) conspired to collect the said damage to comply with the Bosing Organization.

Accordingly, at around 16:00 on the same day, CI shall withdraw KRW 24 million deposited by CJ in the agricultural bank account in the name of CI in the agricultural bank room located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, Seoul, and among them, the defendant shall make a call at 112 in accordance with AD’s instructions, and the perpetrator is the victim of the CK violence case, and the perpetrator is at the agricultural bank room.
