A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated as provided for in subparagraphs 1 through 13.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any electronic financial transaction access medium, or store, deliver, or distribute any access medium with the knowledge that such medium will be used for a crime.

Defendant

1. On December 12, 2015, around Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu: (a) collected bankbooks and e-mail cards to be used by the Chinese Bosing Organization to provide money to C; and (b) provided money to C.

C sent the head of the Tong and the e-mail card to friendly job offering D in accordance with the proposal, and C sent the head of the Tong and the e-mail card to sing organization

D Around 14:00 on December 15, 2015, at around 14:0, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and transferred one head of Tong and one cash card connected to one bank account (E) under the direction of the defendant in front of the 305 apartment building, and one cash card to Kwikseter's employees through Kwikset Service Articles.

Accordingly, the Defendant and C/D conspired to transfer the passbook and cash card in the name of D, which is a medium access to electronic financial transactions, to the Defendant and C/D staff.

2. On December 16, 2015, at G coffee shop located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 14:00, the Defendant’s writing on the solicitation of passbook posted on the Internet website was set at KRW 1,00,000 in return for the transfer of passbook, and the Defendant received two copies of the physical card linked to the new bank account (Account Number: I) in that name, and stored for the purpose of delivering it to the Chinese Bossing staff.

Around 11:00 on December 17, 2015, at the intervals of one million won from the street corner in front of the Kelel located in the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, and the above H received from the above H one head of the passbook separate from the new bank account as stated in the above paragraph (b), one head of the passbook connected to the national bank account in the name of L, and two head of the passbook connected to the national bank account in the name of L, and then deliver one head of the L, which is non-name, to the Chinese Boscing staff, and the rest of the head of the passbook and the check for the purpose of transmitting them.
