1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet:

A. A sales contract concluded on February 2, 2010 between the Defendant and B is concluded.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. B concluded a contract between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on July 18, 2008 on the construction of livestock pens (D farm) on the parcel of land, Gyeong-gun, Busan-gun, and 12, under which the term “C” entered into a contract between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on July 18, 2008 on setting the construction cost of D farm construction at KRW 6.15 billion (including additional taxes) and the construction period from July 30, 2008 to December 10, 2008.

The term "D farm" is "D farm", the term "construction work" is "the construction work of this case", and "the construction contract of this case" is "the construction work of this case".

B) At the time of the conclusion of the instant construction contract, the Plaintiff and B agreed to pay 30% of the construction cost at the owner’s own expense, and the remainder 70% of the construction cost to the Plaintiff and B’s long-term and low-term government policy funds (a government loan was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) to be provided by the government in 2007.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff completed the instant construction and obtained approval from the head of Si/Gun on December 18, 2008.

B. While the Plaintiff was performing the instant construction project, the amount of gold for official use within the next official residence, which was not originally stipulated in the instant construction contract.

2. Civil engineering works;

(a) Access roads and stables: 35,706,000 won for civil engineering works;

(b) Basic reinforcement works: 128,238,00 won;

(c) 59,158,000 won for dynasium and sand works;

(d) Construction work of destroying the foundation for a building 21,747,000 won;

(e) Additional civil works on a site: 56,980,000 won;

3. Construction works.

(a) A temporary installation of KRW 20,850,000;

(b) Alley project: 60,234,000 won;

(c) Flood control works: 72,130,000 won;

(d) 29,113,00 won for a tent establishment work;

(e) Construction works for wastewater treatment plants: 56,188,000 won;

(f) Overseas packing works 27,925,000 won;

4. Electrical construction (change of material quality, such as power distribution box) 7,296,00 won.

5. 5,627,00 won for a connecting passage to a Dong or Dong.

6. A total of KRW 598,537,00,000, total of KRW 14,548,000 was additionally executed.

C. Meanwhile, on April 16, 2009, the Yangyang Savings Cooperatives (hereinafter “Seoul Savings Cooperatives”) loaned KRW 600,000,000 to B for general funds.
