A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as mentioned above, received KRW 13,60,000 from the injured party on October 29, 2014 from the injured party, and received KRW 13,60,000 from the Corporation, and the Defendant shall pay from November 3, 2014 to January 30, 2015 as indicated in attached Table 1 to 14.
