A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:55 on March 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) (A.C. 00:55), while driving CM5 automobiles with blood alcohol concentration of 0.218% without a vehicle driver’s license, and temporarily stopped from the scco to the scco bank, while driving the CM5 car at the 0.218% of the blood alcohol concentration.
