Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven the B B B Poter, a stable, and drive the cargo vehicle without a car driver’s license, leading to a two-lane road in front of the Central Elementary School located in Seosan-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, North Korea at the port along one-lane along the direction from the north of the walking distance.

At the time, the victim C(n, 49 years old) was driving the D Ethmp car at the front of the cargo vehicle, and thus, there was a duty of care to see the front side and maintain the safety distance to the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle and drive the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and failed to maintain a safety distance, and thereby found the above car parked in front of the crosswalk and failed to properly operate the brakes, the front part of the above cargo vehicle was shocked.

As a result, the Defendant suffered the victim’s salt and tension that requires approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the same time and time as the above paragraph (1) of the same Article, from the front of the Posib Police Station, which was located in the Posidong, to the front road of the Central Elementary School located in the same Dong Seosan-dong, the Defendant operated the B Poter, Posib, and the Posibing Ponding truck without a driver’s license.
