Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 22, 2016, the Defendants entered into a franchise agreement with C (hereinafter referred to as “head office”) and D “D” D” D, with the Defendant’s name. From August 25, 2016 to February 28, 2017, the Defendants carried out the above Kafa in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

After that, the Defendants discussed the acquisition by transfer of the above car page with the victim, and delivered the victim a monthly sales amount of about KRW 50 million to KRW 60 million per month through the head office, and approximately KRW 15 million per month, and the victim said to the effect that such sales performance is good for the victim.
However, as above, the Defendants made false sales data using the physical card by the Defendants, etc., and thus, the actual monthly sales amount was approximately KRW 30 million to KRW 40 million, and the net profit did not reach KRW 15 million per month.
