Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of duties concerning traffic accident handling of police officers and crackdown on drinking driving.

On June 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:45 on June 2, 2019, the 2019-Ba1796 was demanded to respond to a drinking test for about 10 minutes on three occasions on the following grounds: (b) the Defendant caused an accident involving a collision of other vehicles in the signal signalling atmosphere while driving a done Star bus while drinking alcohol; (c) the Defendant was in the influence of alcohol by drinking alcohol by drinking alcohol, drinking alcohol, red and non-distance; and (d) the Defendant was required to respond to a drinking test for about 10 minutes on three occasions.

Nevertheless, the defendant refused to take a test by taking a bath against a police officer, etc., and failed to comply with a police officer's request for taking a drinking test without justifiable grounds.
