On August 23, 2013, the Defendant driven B 500 meters away from the section of 21:36, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.154%, the Defendant driven B rolling stock in the section of approximately 500 meters to the front of the Southern River located in the Mafrenpppho-Eup in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, Seogu, the Namnam-gu, Seoul-do.
