1. On December 8, 2014, the Defendant filed with the Plaintiff an application for modification of the complaint, purport of the claim, and cause of the claim.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties is the company with the purpose of air transport business, etc., and the plaintiff is the defendant's employee who operated the defendant's aircraft.

B. (1) In the event of an accident regarding an aircraft operated by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff was the Defendant’s aircraft (a flight name: C, registration number of aircraft: D, hereinafter “instant aircraft”) scheduled to operate as the Jeju Airport at the Kimpo Airport.

2) As above, the Plaintiff had a radio communication with the captain operating another aircraft (air code E, registration number: F) of the Korea Aircraft (air code) and the captain operating another aircraft (air code G, registration number: H) of the wawa (air code) during the period from 07:25 to 07:27 on the same day while waiting for the instant aircraft while stopping and waiting for the said aircraft, and had a radio communication with the captain stating that “I seem to see on the side of the engine tetilpe (Ttilpe) of the instant aircraft” (hereinafter “instant accident”). At the time of radio communication with other captain, the Plaintiff was within the normal range, at the time of receiving radio communication from other captain, the Plaintiff had no engine warning, etc. on the left engine (hereinafter “instant engine”).

3 The plaintiff promptly confirms that the chief executive officer on board the aircraft of this case, who was in flight, could not be seen as the engine of this case.
