1. On August 4, 2020, the Defendant, as a person who had the power of violating the duty of prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol as above, driven a unregistered BEAV ER license (the engine displacement: 124ccccccccc) while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front of a restaurant located in C cafeteria, Young-gun, Seoul, to the front intersection located in D, around 3km, at approximately 0.071% of the blood alcohol concentration, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate any motor vehicle on the road, which is not covered by the mandatory insurance for motor vehicles, as the owner of a motor bicycle (124c) without registration BEVVER 125.
