At the time of filing a claim with the indication of the claim, the Plaintiff was originally owned by D, the Plaintiff’s accumulated resident, and the Plaintiff has been entrusted management of D on November 5, 2006, with a rental deposit of KRW 500,00, monthly rent of KRW 600,000, monthly rent of KRW 600, and monthly rent of November 5, 2006 to the Defendant and E, from November 4, 2006 to November 4, 2007, with the first floor retail store of KRW 84.70,000, the second floor retail store of KRW 84.70,00,200, the second floor office of the second floor, and KRW 70.18,000,000, which is 700,000,0000 in the name of the Plaintiff’s representative, and the Defendant is obligated to change the Plaintiff’s name in the name of the Plaintiff’s business under the above agreement to reinstate.
