1. The defendant shall implement the procedure for change of the name with respect to the business license listed in attached Form 1 to the plaintiff, and each of attached Form 2.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The plaintiff transferred the above restaurant to the defendant on September 1, 2005 and changed the name of the above business license while operating the restaurant after obtaining the business license as stated in the order from August 12, 2004.

At the time, the defendant agreed that if the above restaurant is operated, the above restaurant will be transferred to the plaintiff again and the name of the business permission will be changed.

B. However, the Defendant, while operating the above restaurant, voluntarily ceased to operate the above restaurant on December 201, 201, demanded the Defendant to transfer the restaurant and change the name of business license, but the Plaintiff did not perform this.

C. Therefore, according to the above agreement, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for change of ownership on the business license of the above restaurant and deliver the facilities (attached Form 2) in the above restaurant to the plaintiff.
