Criminal facts
1. The Defendants, as well as the Defendants’ status, role, and public offering relationship, were a person who runs a food subdivision business in Kim Jong-si G with the trade name “H of a limited company” from April 8, 201 to July 10, 2015, and was in general responsible for the overall business of importing seawater and subdividing and packaging it, and selling it to nationwide fishery products distributors.
