On October 3, 2013, the Defendant, by electronic mail, failed to enlist in the Army Training Center on December 2, 2013, 2013, even though he received a written notice of enlistment from an active duty serviceman on December 2, 2013, by electronic mail at a residential area located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B, 108 Dong 1201 (C apartment).
