A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has been on Jan. 5, 2008 and has been engaged in religious activities with good faith as a witness of Jehovah, and is subject to enlistment in active duty service.

On August 11, 2014, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office to enlistment in the Busan regional military manpower office on October 7, 2014 from the Defendant’s house located in the Busan regional military captain B, which was “be enlisted in the supplementary military unit on October 7, 2014,” but did not enlist at least three days after the date of enlistment on the ground that the Defendant’s enlistment and performance of military training, such as enlistment and collection of guns, goes against the doctrine of sexual intercourses taught by the believers and the witness of the believers that the Defendant is a believers.
