A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2015, the Defendant, a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, was exempt from enlistment on the ground that the enlistment in active duty service goes against the religious belief in the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office, on July 28, 2015, on the ground that the Defendant’s enlistment in active duty service was in violation of 3 days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
