Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Damage to public goods and interference with business affairs on August 22, 2018;
A. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by having all restaurant customers out of Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu Da-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu (hereinafter “Ack-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu”).
B. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant, who damaged public goods, was arrested as a flagrant offender for committing an act of assault, etc., such as assault as described above, and was brought to the police station of the Gwangju Dong-dong Police Station located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, while taking a bath, thereby causing the Defendant to walking the automatic entrance door of the police station of the Dong-gu, Gwangju, and thereby making the above automatic entrance door up to the repair cost amounting to KRW 275,00.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the automatic entrance of the police box, which is a case for public use, to be equivalent to 275,00 won at the repairing expense.
2. On September 2, 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on September 2, 2018, asked that he/she did not change the number of meals to his/her employees at the I restaurant operated by the victim H (45 aged) in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju on the ground that he/she respondeds that he/she would not change the number of meals to his/her employees.
“Around 20 minutes of the cafeteria,” etc., the cafeteria, which helps customers get out of the cafeteria and enter the cafeteria, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the restaurant business of the victimized person.
