Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On September 2013, the Defendant carried approximately KRW 50 (1t) of the total market value, which was installed to protect planted roadside trees on the road inside the F district located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si in order to take place, approximately KRW 3,200,000 of the market value of Ansan-si owned by the Defendant, and carried approximately 50 (1t) of the 3,200,000 protection covers owned by the Defendant.

(2) On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant loaded approximately 20 protective covers worth KRW 1,300,000 in total at the market price of Ansan-si owned for the purpose of protecting street trees at the same place as paragraph (1)(A) of Article 1-A of the Police Officers, and loaded approximately 40 km (400 km) on the said tri-wheeled Land.

(3) On October 4, 2013, from around June 201 to around June, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 50 protective covers worth KRW 3,200,00 in total at the market price owned by Ansan-si, which was installed to protect street trees, at the same place as subparagraph (1) of Article 1-A; and (b) placed approximately 50 protective covers around KRW 3,20,00 (t) above tri-wheeled land.

(4) On October 1, 2013, at the same place as No. 1-A(1), the Defendant: (a) loaded 32 protective covers worth KRW 2,042,848 (a) around the aggregate of the market prices owned by Ansan-si for the purpose of protecting street trees; and (b) loaded 32 protective covers worth KRW 2,042,848 (g) on the said three-wheeled land.

(5) On October 14, 2013, the Defendant loaded approximately 48 protective covers equivalent to KRW 3,064,272 ($ 1,050 km) at the same place as No. 1-A(1) and at the market price of Ansan-si owned for the purpose of protecting street trees, around 14, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property five times in total.

B. Around 09:30 on October 14, 2013, the Defendant was driving without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 2 km section from the front of “G” located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Nowon-si to the front road located in H in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2km section, and driving without obtaining a non-registered license owned by the Defendant.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 2013, the Defendant is a member of Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
