A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

I. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to suspension of indictment for larceny at the Young-gu District Prosecutors’ Office (Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office).

II. Contents of offences

1. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:40 on June 23, 2015, the Defendant carried 190,000 won of the market price, which is the owner of the victim’s nutrition elementary school, located in the store located in the Dondong-ro 25, Cheongju-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeong-do, and carried 1,90,000 won to the Defendant’s C

On August 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on August 6, 2015, the Defendant loaded a gasoline tank containing approximately 23,05 litresponding to about 15 litresponding to the otobs in the market price, which was around 23,055 litresponding around the nutrition post offices located in the dongdong-gu Dondong-gu Dondong-si.

On August 10, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) moved in one electric wheelchairs, the market price of which is approximately KRW 4 million, which is the owner of the victim volunteer service council, a volunteer service council, that was established at a place located in the 11-lane 3-gil of the nutrition-gu Seoul Metropolitan City City.

5. On August 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on August 15, 2015, up to 09:0, carried eight covered by a drainage channel equivalent to KRW 376,00,00, the market value of the victim’s nutrition group in front of the nutrition station park located in 42-6-6, a city.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
