A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 25, 2016, from around 21:00 to 22:00 on March 25, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D, used 21 scams from the plastic house located in Goyang-gu E in Goyang-gu, Seoyangyang-si, by using 21 scams, and used 2 scams. In addition, the Defendant scamed the 908,000 scams by a person with a high number of scams together with two scams, and used scams for approximately one hour.

2. When the Defendant was subjected to investigation by means of gambling as above, he had the police control over the private document forgery, and had the Defendant forged the F’s statement in the name of the birthee.

On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 22:35 on March 25, 2016, the Defendant was carrying out as F at the Goyang Police Station H Station G located in Gyeyang-gu G; and (b) the police officer of the said police box, at the same time, he/she was suggesting in advance that the police officer of the said police box was working in the resident registration number column of the

3. The suspect at the time and at a place as referred to in paragraph 2, sent a copy of the forged statement to the police officer I, who is aware of the fact, as referred to in paragraph 2, as if it were duly formed.

4. On April 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) was able to receive a suspect interrogation protocol at the office of the KK office of the Goyang-gu 1008 Goyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 1008, and was working as if he was a person, F, who was required to answer personal information from an slope L belonging to the above police station, and was able to receive a suspect interrogation protocol.

F’s resident registration number “J” refers to the F’s resident registration number so that the above resident registration number was stated in the column of the suspect interrogation protocol.

Accordingly, the defendant used F's resident registration number illegally.

5. The Defendant is forged with a private signature on April 2, 2016.
