Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2016, the Defendant

1. Public mission: the construction of new C building in ancient cities;

2. The place of construction: Goyang-si C and the date of commencement: June 2015; the scheduled date of completion: May 2017; the contract amount: 00 million won per day and ten million won per day and the name of the contractor (project owner): D; output and affix a seal of D which is prepared in advance on each name of D.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged the standard contract for private construction works in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. On June 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) submitted a copy of the standard contract for private construction works in the name of forgery D, as if it were a document duly formed, to a staff in charge of watching the 10-day high view view in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu; and (b) exercised the said investigation document as if it were a document duly formed.
