A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 1,00,000 by the Chuncheon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), and on October 14, 2016, by the same court, a fine of KRW 5,00,000 has been issued.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in the operation of a vehicle C 110cc above the low-land.

On April 15:17, 2018, the Defendant driven the above Oba, and proceeded with the transition distance of 2402, Chuncheon, Sincheon-si, Seocheon-si, with the view to the air protection of the MBC MBC broadcasting station from the air protection area of the Chuncheon MBC station.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless driving without a license) on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant did not obtain a bicycle driver’s license in the section of approximately 300 meters from the front of the fishing place of the Chocheon-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, 2402, from the front of the fishing place of the Chocheon-do, the ancient Gyeong-do, the ancient Gyeong-do, the city of 880-do, and (b) the Defendant again violated the prohibition of drinking under the Road Traffic Act on two or more occasions; (c) the Defendant again driven the above low-water 10cc c above under the influence of alcohol with alcohol content of about 0.191% in violation of the prohibition of driving under the said Act.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is the owner of C 110cc above the low-land.
