A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds, even though he/she gave and takes over the said car in cash from a person who was in a public parking lot located in the new city at the time of the Government around December 2015.

2. On April 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 20km section from the front of the home fluor parking lot located in the Geum-do-si, Sin-si, Sincheon-si, to the front of the advanced high-speed bus terminal in the Gocheon-si Movement.

3. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has failed to purchase mandatory insurance;

Defendant 1 operated the said car as a holder of the said car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in the date, time, and section specified in paragraph 2.

4. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or on the spot) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (or after an accident) by driving the said vehicle at the time and around the day specified in paragraph 2, led to the Defendant to drive the said vehicle at the speed of one lane on the two-lane road in front of a high speed bus terminal for publicity as specified in paragraph 2 at a non-speed speed depending on the front side from the front side of the government.

In the same direction as at the time, the victim C(47 tax) followed the D low-speed car driven by the victim C(47). Thus, the driver had a duty of care to ensure safety distance to avoid when the vehicle stops.
