Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant who violated the Automobile Management Act is a holder of B rocketing automobile, and a person who takes over the registered automobile shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, on March 7, 2014, the Defendant purchased B rocketing car in the name of E, which is registered as a vehicle for goods at the street in front of the Diplomatic Association in order to make up for the purchase price and received delivery of KRW 1,00,000 as the purchase price through the same church F, and did not apply for the registration of transfer of automobile ownership from March 7, 2014 to March 7, 2014.

2. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

A. At around November 19, 2010, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance on the front side of the Macheon Medical Center located in the Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Sincheon-si, Macheon-si, 2010.

B. Around April 16, 2012, the Defendant operated a car without mandatory insurance on the Bapo-dong located in the Mana-dong, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si.

C. On March 24, 2013, around 14:13, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance on the front of the government home plug, which was located in the Franchising-dong of the Gyeonggi-si.
