A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 21, 2013, from around 11:00 to around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) at the D Hospital 503 bottled in Jinju-si; (b) at the D Hospital 503 bottled in the same sick room while being hospitalized for the treatment of hive disc, E, a patient who was hospitalized in the same sick room, was placed in the sick room; (c) then, the victim E, who was in the same sick room, was placed in the sick room in the sick room, and then 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim and one credit card card of the new bank was stolen.
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;
A. At around 12:30 on June 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased H clothes operated by the Victim G in J, Jinju-si, Cheongbro 3 punishment, 3 punishment, and Belgium 1, etc., and committed a false act as if he was the genuine holder of the card, and paid 221,000 won to the victim by presenting a new bank credit card in the name of E that was stolen as in the above paragraph (1), and then, the Defendant was using the stolen credit card.
B. The Defendant continued to do so.
At around 12:50 on the same day, the victim J in I settled accommodation expenses per week, and in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), the new bank credit card in the name of E in the same manner as the above (210,000 won was paid, thereby obtaining economic benefits equivalent to the same amount, and using stolen credit cards.
3. A theft Defendant: (a) around 07:40 on June 27, 2013, at the Ma Hospital 304 sick room in Jinju-si L, the victim N, who was hospitalized in the same sick room in the process of being hospitalized for the treatment of hive disc, took the victim’s hives while being hospitalized in the same sick room; and (b) took the victim’s hives away from one copy of the SK Credit Card, which was in his/her possession, and was in his/her possession.
4. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud Defendant at the O convenience store operated by the victims of L on June 27, 2013 at around 07:50, at around 2013, at around 07:50, tobacco, drinking water, etc.
